RESOLUCIÓN EXENTA Nº 2106
VALPARAÍSO, 04 de Junio de 2013.
V I S T O S:
1.La Resolución Exenta Nº 201, de fecha 18 de Enero de 2013, que llamó a licitación pública a través del sistema de información de compras y contrataciones de la administración a cargo de la Dirección de Compras y Contratación Pública, ID. 5005-8-LP12, para la contratación de “CONVENIO DE SUMINISTRO SERVICIO DE LABORATORISTAS”, de la Universidad de Valparaíso, aprobando las bases de licitación respectivas.
2.La apertura de la propuesta electrónica en el Sistema de Información de Compras y Contrataciones de la Administración, Licitación ID: 5005-8-LP12, de fecha 11 de Abril de 2013, y los documentos que la respaldan.

4.La declaración jurada simple de los miembros de la Comisión, de no tener conflictos de intereses para asumir la función de integrantes de la Comisión Evaluadora de la presente licitación, de fecha 12 de Abril de 2013.
3.Lo informado por la Comisión Evaluadora en acta de fecha 12 de Abril de 2013, recibido por el Departamento de Adquisiciones de la Universidad de Valparaíso con fecha 03 de Junio de 2013, y que acuerda proponer por la unanimidad de sus miembros lo siguiente:
3.1. Declarar inadmisibles las siguientes ofertas que no cumplieron con los requisitos mínimos solicitados en los puntos puntos Nº 4 “Requisitos para los Oferentes” y Nº 8 “Garantía de Seriedad de la Oferta”, contenidos en la Ficha de Licitación ID. 5005-8-LP12, transcrita en la Resolución Exenta Nº 201 de 201 de 2013, por los motivos que se detallan a continuación:

4.2. DECLARAR DESIERTA, la Línea Nº 29, por cuanto la oferta presentada por el proveedor LABORATORIO DENTAL LABROMAN, excede el arancel referencial de la Facultad de Odontología, y por el principio de estricta sujeción a las bases, su adjudicación no es conveniente a los intereses de la Universidad.
4.3. DECLARAR DESIERTA, la Línea Nº 168, por cuanto la única oferta recibida presenta inconsistencia entre lo informado en el Anexo II: Especificaciones Técnicas y el Comprobante de Oferta.

V I S T O S:
1. La Resolución Exenta Nº 201, de fecha 18 de Enero de 2013, que llamó a licitación pública a través del Sistema de Información de Compras y Contrataciones de la Administración a cargo de la Dirección de Compras y Contrataciones Publica, para la contratación de Convenio de Suministro de Servicio de Laboratoristas, ID. 5005-8-LP12, aprobando las bases de licitación respectivas.
2. La Resolución Exenta Nº 2106, de fecha 04 de Junio de 2013, que autorizó la adjudicación de la licitación ID. 5005-8-LP12 “CONVENIO DE SUMINISTRO DE SERVICIO DE LABORATORISTAS”.
C O N S I D E R A N D O:
1. Que se incurrió en un error involuntario al transcribir las líneas adjudicadas al proveedor MARÍA CLARA MANCILLA ARGEL.
Y visto, además, lo dispuesto en los D.F.L. Nos. 6 y 147, ambos de 1981, del Ministerio de Educación Pública; en el D.U. Nº 226 de 2013; y en el D.E. Nº 1445 de 2011.
